  My mom is over weight and has bad knees. She has fallen a few times and they took her to this place. The first time she laid on her floor all night and had an accident ( number two ) they sent her home in the same clothes. Tonight i picked her up from there and i guess they don't even wheel the patients out anymore. The nurse just pointed to my mom and kept walking. I will personally never spent a second or a dime in this building. As you can see i will not even call it a hospital. Good luck.

  I had to bring my 1 1/2 year old in for X-rays after having her finger closed in a door at home. I work at West Valley as a registrar and tell patients all the time how great our techs are because I have witnessed the personal care they provide. Being on the receiving end of that care however literally blew me away. My usually happy spunky baby was screaming her little head off in pain and the X-ray techs Terry M and Julie K were absolutely amazing with her. They were able to bundle her up and get perfect images while my baby wiggled and screamed. At one point she even kicked the emergency shut off button and our techs still remained calm and jovial with me and my little girl. I was blown away with the amazing care they provided to my baby. Thank you ladies for being so amazing with every patient.
