- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I took my 2-year-old in for a possible ear infection because she had been tugging on her ear and complaining about pain for a few days. The doctor spent about 5 seconds looking at each ear, said they looked fine and that she was probably teething, and then walked out of the room.He didn't even look in her mouth to verify. My real frustration came when the claim was denied because my policy doesn't cover "chemical dependency." My daughter is 2! She is not a drug addict. Obviously there was an error in billing. My insurance company called and Primary Health said they would fix the code and resubmit. They resubmitted it and it got denied again based on the way they coded it. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Providers were good, but I will be looking for another due to billing office system charging me twice for services rendered. Paid in full for the line items in September. Then the next statement showed where I paid and the exact same date, code, description reappeared under that as needing to be paid again! The billing office tried to explain it in an entirely different way to show I owed, but the system is faulty if it is producing statements that have to be explained altogether differently than what the consumer receives on paper. Sorry to leave Dr. Stowell but can't be charged twice for the same services. Upgrade your system to avoid unethical billing practices.August 29, 2017by A Dety
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The older in age nurse for Dr. Stolle is always rude (replace her)! I have to disagree with a previous post about Raul Godina, because he treated our daughter and my boyfriend (different times) with great care, he was very kind and understanding.
